Winery Capichera

Founded by the Ragnedda family, Capichera recognized Vermentino's potential in the late 1970s and began producing its first wines in the early 1980s. Over time the winery has become a benchmark for quality Vermentino, contributing to the renewed appreciation of the grape on the island and internationally.

Striving for the fullest expression of the terroir through the enhancement of Vermentino, careful vineyard management and production practices focused on quality and respect for the Gallura landscape.

The vineyards are located in Gallura, in the municipality of Arzachena, on soils formed from the breakdown of granite. The landscape, characterized by Mediterranean maquis and granite outcrops, influences the wines' character.
