Winery Domaine Denis Race

Family-run for four generations, the estate is located in Chablis and owns vineyards of varying ages. Two of Laurence and Denis’s daughters have joined the estate permanently, contributing to vineyard work, cellar operations and administrative management.

Strong emphasis on terroir expression: exclusive cultivation of Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils with Kimmeridgian deposits, vinification in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, and a stylistic approach that prioritizes the authenticity of the territory.

Chablis, in the northernmost part of Burgundy, on marly-limestone soils rich in fossils. The vineyards extend across various crus and exposures typical of the area, along the banks of the Serein River.
