Winery Domaine Etienne Sauzet

The estate is named after its founder, Etienne Sauzet; ownership and management have remained family-run for several generations. After Etienne Sauzet's death, management passed to his niece Jeanine and her husband, Gérard Boudot, who helped define the estate's modern style. In subsequent years management was gradually transferred to the next generation, with Emilie and her husband Benoît Riffault involved in management and international sales.

Dedicated to showcasing the local area and expressing the terroir: production focused on the local Chardonnay, sustainable farming practices, and aging aimed at preserving the fruit’s elegance and minerality.

Based in Puligny-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune. The domaine owns or works significant parcels in the Montrachet area, including plots tied to the slope's grand crus and several Puligny-Montrachet premier crus.
