Winery history Domaine La Rouillère

Domaine La Rouillère was founded in 1900. The estate, covering the current property, was relaunched by new owners in the late 1990s. Since then the estate has been equipped with a modern cellar, and its operations have focused on a blend of tradition and innovation.

Production philosophy

Respect for the land and careful vineyard management: an approach that combines traditional methods and modern technologies. The estate is transitioning to organic farming and enhances local biodiversity through an olive grove and an apiary.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, straddling Gassin and Ramatuelle, the estate covers approximately 230 hectares in total, with about 47 hectares of vineyards divided into numerous parcels. The climate is influenced by the proximity of the sea, which imparts saline notes to the wines.
