Winery Domaine Catherine et Claude Maréchal

Claude Maréchal has worked in the vineyard since the 1980s. The estate developed from the family's parcels and was established as a domaine in the late 1990s. Over time the property has expanded its vineyards to cover several appellations within the Côte de Beaune.

Careful vineyard management focused on respecting the terroir: mechanical soil work, limited treatments and the use of near-organic practices. In the cellar, the emphasis is on enhancing the expressiveness of each vineyard parcel.

Vineyards located throughout the Côte de Beaune, with parcels and wines from appellations such as Burgundy, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Volnay, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses and Ladoix, with strong roots in the area around Bligny-lès-Beaune.

Mentions and recognitions in industry guides; some wines have been selected as "coup de coeur" by the Guide Hachette des Vins.
