Production philosophy

Manual work in the vineyard, hand-harvesting and careful grape selection; practices aimed at respecting natural rhythms, winemaking with indigenous yeasts and maturation in oak barrels.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards distributed across five villages of the Côte de Beaune, planted mainly on calcareous clay soils and exposed to the southeast.

Awards and recognitions

Appearances and recognitions reported by the specialist press and medals/mentions in competitions and guides.
