The story
Agricultural roots; winemaking activity started in 2003 by Tessari Francesco and Giuseppe, focused on Garganega white wines from the Soave area.
Production philosophy
Production of aromatic whites with stainless-steel vinification and aging on the lees; vineyard management includes manual selection and low-impact practices as stated on the winery site.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards in the hilly Soave Classico area (localities Monte Tenda / Costalunga in Monteforte d'Alpone). Volcanic soils rich in iron oxides; main grape: Garganega (Soave Classico “Monte de Toni” 100% Garganega).
