Production philosophy

Enhancement of Montalcino’s terroir through careful grape selection, expression of the different soils, and ageing aimed at developing balance and longevity.

The estate lies south-west of Montalcino at approximately 300 metres above sea level. Its vineyards include galestro, clay and Pliocene sand soils; the Ripe al Convento vineyard reaches approximately 450 metres.
