Winery Marie-Noëlle Ledru

Maison Ledru is linked to the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay. According to specialist sources, the house has existed since the mid-20th century and Marie-Noëlle Ledru took over the family management in the latter part of that century; over time the availability of vineyards has varied due to family circumstances, making production increasingly limited. Multiple sources indicate that Madame Ledru progressively reduced operations and retired from active management around 2017; the remaining bottles are highly sought-after on the market.

Strong focus on lower-impact practices: manual work in the vineyard, reduced use of chemical interventions, fermentations in stainless steel and enamel, and winemaking aimed at expressing the character of the terroir. In the cellar a minimal approach is favored and traditional practices such as manual disgorging for some cuvées.

Montagne de Reims, with vineyards located in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay and contributions from Bouzy; calcareous-clay soils typical of the southern area of the Montagne de Reims, particularly well-suited to Pinot Noir.
