Winery Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre

The Fèvre family boasts a historic winemaking tradition documented as early as 1745. In recent years Nathalie and Gilles have developed bottling under their own name and manage the domaine in Fontenay-Près-Chablis. Their modern corporate presence is also recorded in official French registers.

Focused on highlighting the terroir and the purity of the fruit: bright, transparent wines with pronounced minerality and limited use of oak. The winery declares commitments to sustainable agricultural practices and adopts environmentally respectful viticultural approaches.

Located in Fontenay-Près-Chablis, the estate cultivates vineyards across the Chablis appellation, with parcels and cuvées that include Petit Chablis, Chablis, several Premier Crus and a parcel in the Grand Cru Les Preuses.
