Winery history Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet

After selling the family business Paul Jaboulet Aîné, Philippe Jaboulet and his son Vincent established their own estate in Mercurol. They began bottling under the name Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet to return to a more direct, parcel-by-parcel production, while maintaining ties to the major appellations of the Northern Rhône.

Production philosophy

A strong focus on the territory and vineyard selection: production organized by appellation and by parcel, with differentiated winemaking. The estate adheres to locally recognized territorial protection schemes and environmental practices.
