Production has remained family-run for generations; Pierre Charlot took over from his elderly grandmother Solange in 2009. Since then he has initiated cellar experiments and has developed specific parcels for his own cuvées.

Production philosophy

Low-intervention approach in the vineyard and winemaking focused on naturalness: use of native yeasts, limited cellar intervention and attention to respectful viticulture. They also produce cuvées with no dosage.

Located in Châtillon-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne, with south-facing vineyards in the Marne valley.
