Winery history Cantina Roccafiore

The Roccafiore project was launched by the Baccarelli family in the late 1990s/early 2000s to integrate agricultural production, winemaking and hospitality. Over time the estate has developed the winery and its hospitality offering around the idea of enhancing local grape varieties and the Tuderte landscape, with management passing to the next generation.

Production philosophy

Sustainability-oriented production: organic and natural practices in the vineyard, reduction of energy impacts and protection of biodiversity; in the winery, a measured technical approach is favored to enhance the typicity of the grape varieties.

Terroir and vineyards

The vineyards and the winery are located in the Todi area, on gentle hills surrounding the Wine Resort. The landscape combines vineyards, olive groves and woodland, and benefits from proximity to Monte Martano and the area's characteristic breezes.
