Winery Tenute Bacana

Project initiated by the Poggi family: the estate originated from the family's winegrowing activities, and for decades they have managed the vineyards directly. The wines come from estate-owned vineyards in Villa Vezzano, and production, documented on the company website, focuses on local varieties and on wines that express the terroir.

Pursuit of terroir expression and respect for traditional viticulture with a contemporary approach: simple winemaking to preserve freshness and drinkability, emphasizing the identity of grapes from Romagna.

The estate is located in the small valley of the Sintria River, at Villa Vezzano. The vineyards are set in soils containing limestone and sand and on the hills bordering the municipality of Brisighella.
