Winery Thibaut et Alizée Tassin

Originating from a historic family of winegrowers in the Côte des Bar, Thibaut and Alizée acquired a parcel of the family vineyard around 2019 and converted an old farmhouse in Landreville into their base of operations. The project has resulted in a small, independent production focused on respect for the soil and on traditional, minimally invasive cellar practices.

Viticulture attentive to biodiversity and soil health, conversion to organic farming, fermentations with indigenous yeasts, limited use of additives and ageing practices that prioritize the expression of fruit and terroir.
