Ciemme Liquori was born in 1948 in Pordenone, then moved to Gorizia, in the north-east of Italy on the border with Slovenia.

The company, owned by the Brasca family, has transformed over time from the initial small artisan workshop to the current ultra-modern factory located in the industrial area of the city.

The factory is huge, it occupies a total area of 24,000 square meters, 8,000 of which are covered; two fully automated bottling lines give rise to products that are already packaged and ready for sale. Capacious warehouses are used for aging grappa and wine distillate in barrels. Refinement is carried out in special containers and under the careful supervision of technicians.

Famous on the Friulian market, Ciemme has now extended its sales throughout the country and abroad with excellent results.
