Production method
Artisanal production using a grape-derived base spirit; the botanicals used are certified organic and many are harvested in France. Distillation is carried out in a Stupfler still using traditional artisanal methods; the product is subsequently bottled in the Charente/Cognac region.

Anaë was born as an internal project within the Bollinger family group, led by Pauline Raffaitin and presented to the public in 2021. The project involved experts from the distilling and cognac sectors (including Dominique Touteau) and focused on a recipe that highlights certified organic French botanicals and the artisanal skills of the Charente region.
