Production method
Artisanal distillation carried out in Charente and bottling in France; alcohol base obtained from grapes (alcool de raisin). The recipe is built on a reduced and controlled selection of organic botanicals sourced from French producers and all main raw materials are ECOCERT certified.

Artisanal distillation in Charente; for some special editions the use of Stupfler stills is indicated. Grape-based alcohol and a distillation process focused on expressing the botanicals.

Anaë was launched as an internal project within the Bollinger group and presented at the end of 2021. The project was initiated under the direction of Pauline Raffaitin and involved expertise from the group's Maisons to develop an organic French gin connected to local producers.
