The story
The original recipe dates back to 1922 and was passed down through generations; in the 1970s the founder's grandson started a distillery to expand production. The brand states it follows the historic recipe and a modern production process in the Arandas area of Los Altos de Jalisco, favoring 100% Blue Weber agave and techniques such as double distillation and a diffusion process for the piñas.
