Production method

For the liqueur L'Orangerie a slow maceration of the peels of citrus fruits harvested in Monaco and a low-temperature filtration are reported; for Gin Aux Agrumes a London Dry style distilled in Monaco with local botanicals is declared. Artisanal techniques and maceration/infusion and small-scale distillation processes are indicated.

Distillation

For Gin Aux Agrumes the London Dry style distilled on site is declared; for Gin Eden Roc some distributor sheets report distillation in a steam alembic (alambicco a vapore). In general the house declares artisanal distillations for its references.
