Production method
These are blended malt Scotch whiskies: the bottles are composed exclusively of blended malts; individual expressions employ different maturations and finishes. Main releases are bottled at 46% ABV, non chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
Distillation
Distillation in straight-neck pot stills (straight-neck pot stills) and artisanal blending under the supervision of the Master Blender at Loch Lomond Distillery.
Ageing
Maturations in different types of casks depending on the expression: ex-bourbon for Orchard Outburst, toasted American oak casks for Hazelnut Harmony and finishes in Rioja wine casks for Smoke Symphony.
Producer history Noble Rebel
Noble Rebel was launched by the Loch Lomond Group in February 2023 as a new range of blended malt Scotch whiskies. The three initial expressions were conceived, distilled, matured and blended under the guidance of Master Blender Michael Henry and made available on the brand's official website and through selected retailers.
Production philosophy
The brand emphasises flavour exploration: while respecting malt whisky traditions, it aims to 'break the rules' by offering creative twists and bold aromatic profiles to attract new consumers and surprise enthusiasts.
Territory
