Production method
Produced at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos (Tequila, Jalisco) using 100% Blue Weber agave from the Los Altos region. Reported practices include cooking the piñas in autoclaves, controlled fermentation, double distillation and final product filtration via a technique referred to as 'filtration through Mexican silver' to achieve greater smoothness.
