Production method
Artisanal processing on a wine base with maceration/aromatization using botanical extracts (private formula) and subsequent aging in oak barrels for the 'Reserva' versions; for some labels a solera-type system is used.
Ageing
For the 'Reserva' bottles aging is carried out in oak barrels (commercial indication: about 12 months for the reserves); some premium references are aged longer or using a solera-type system.
