Rosso Venezia DOC is a characteristic red wine of the area, produced with grapes from Merlot and Cabernet vines, which give a pleasantly fruity and spicy product.

The vineyards are grown on silt-clayey soil of medium depth and alkalinity, a typical and characteristic terroir of the Veneto plain; the climate is generally temperate and humid given by the proximity to the sea, but there are also large temperature variations due to the alternation of cold winds such as the Bora, and hot-humid winds such as the Scirocco. Vinification takes place by destemming and crushing, maceration in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over and maceration on the skins for 5-6 days, malolactic fermentation and aging in cement tanks.

When poured, it shows an intense red color with purple reflections. Complex aromas given by the union of the two vines arrive on the nose, where fruity aromas and hints of spices and green pepper prevail. In the mouth it is straightforward, extremely young, with a very pleasant long finish.

It marries beautifully with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, it is excellent with pasta and risottos with meat sauces.
