Absolument Brut Zero Dosage by Corbon is a refined expression of non-dosaged champagne, produced in the historic Champagne region. This classic method highlights the purity of the grape variety, without the addition of sugars after dégorgement, allowing the authentic character of the grape and the terroir to emerge strongly. Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, this champagne presents fresh and intense aromas of citrus, white flowers, and mineral notes typical of the Marne soils. On the palate, it is elegant, with a lively acidity balanced by a savory structure and a pleasant taste tension. The absence of dosage makes it an ideal companion for refined dishes based on raw fish, shellfish, or light gastronomy, also proving perfect for accompanying moments of pure contemplation. Absolument Brut Zero Dosage is a clear and modern example of how work in the vineyard and winery can express the utmost authenticity and complexity of Champagne.

Winery history
The Corbon family began acquiring vineyards in Avize as early as the 1920s; for decades they sold their grapes to négociants. After the price crisis of the 1970s, Claude Corbon turned the business into a récoltant-manipulant and began bottling their own champagnes, assembling a collection of vintage Blanc de Blancs from the 1980s. Management passed to the next generation in the 2000s, who has continued the artisanal approach and respect for the terroir.
Production philosophy
Artisanal production with limited cellar intervention: winemaking practices aimed at preserving the expression of the grape variety and the soil, extended aging on the lees, and occasional use of continuous blending for some reserve cuvées.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Avize, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, on calcareous-marly soils rich in chalk that promote finesse and minerality, with vineyards also in some communes of the Marne Valley. The official website lists parcels dedicated to Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir, with indicative surface areas for each vineyard.
