Acquavite di Albicocca by Roner is born in the heart of South Tyrol, where distilling tradition meets the unspoiled nature of the mountains. Made exclusively from selected apricots, this acquavite expresses the full authenticity of the fruit, thanks to an artisanal distillation process that preserves its aromas and flavors. On the nose, it opens with intense fruity notes of fresh apricot, enriched by floral hints and a delicate touch of vanilla, a testament to aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, it is elegant and enveloping, with a refined balance between sweetness and acidity, finishing with a persistent and harmonious aftertaste. Its complexity makes it a perfect companion for fruit-based desserts or as a digestif after a substantial meal, capable of evoking the essence of the South Tyrolean territory in every sip. A true expression of craftsmanship and territory to be discovered slowly.
