The Acquavite di Pera Williams Master by Roner is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a region known for the quality of its Williams pears, from which this precious distillate is obtained. Made with hand-selected fruits and distilled according to traditional methods, this acquavite best expresses the varietal characteristics of the pear, with an intense and vibrant aromatic profile. The bouquet is dominated by fresh and fruity notes, recalling the sweetness and roundness of the ripe pulp, with subtle floral hints and a touch of delicate spice.

On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a refined balance between freshness and alcoholic warmth that makes every sip pleasant. The aging in steel preserves the purity and brightness of the original aromas, making this acquavite an ideal choice as a digestif or the star of sophisticated cocktails. Also perfect paired with light desserts or fresh cheeses, it is a distillate that faithfully tells the story of the alpine terroir and Roner's craftsmanship.
