The Acquavite di Prugnole by Schladerer represents an excellence in the landscape of alpine grappas, the result of careful distillation of the best drupaceous fruits cultivated in the heart of Alto Adige. This distillate is made exclusively from prugnole, small wild fruits that give the product a vibrant freshness and characteristically fruity and slightly spicy aromatic notes. The mountainous production area, with its mild climate and marked temperature variations, ensures optimal ripening of the fruit, thus maintaining a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

The aging takes place in small wooden barrels, where the acquavite develops complexity and softness, offering an intense and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, hints of berries, plum, and a delicate floral touch emerge, while on the palate it is balanced, with a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. Ideal to conclude an elegant dinner or to accompany desserts based on dried fruit.
