Acquavite Pere Williams Last Century 50cl - Capovilla represents a true jewel of Venetian artisanal distillation, obtained from carefully selected Williams pears in the hilly area of Gambellara, in the province of Vicenza. This spirit is made from an excellent quality raw material, cultivated with traditional environmentally friendly methods, giving the product a rich and natural aromatic profile.

The distillation process, carried out with copper stills according to tradition, enhances the varietal characteristics of the fruit, preserving the fresh and fruity aromas intact. The aging takes place in steel vats, thus enhancing the purity and smoothness of the distillate, while a rigorous selection guarantees an elegant and complex final result.

On the nose, intense scents of freshly picked pear emerge, with light floral hints and a note of honey that gently envelopes the palate. On the taste, it is soft and velvety, supported by a pleasant freshness and a persistent aftertaste. Perfect as a refined digestive, it also pairs wonderfully with desserts based on chocolate or blue cheeses, enhancing their character without overwhelming their delicacy.
