Acquavite Viti is born from the perfect blend of tradition and passion in the heart of a region dedicated to quality viticulture, where distillation follows strict artisanal methods. Made from selected grape pomace, this acquavite intensely expresses the aromatic richness of the local grape variety, delivering a warm and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, delicate floral notes, and a hint of sweet spices stimulate the senses. The sip is soft and harmonious, with a persistent finish that leaves traces of vanilla and a slight woody note due to aging in small wooden casks. Perfect as a digestive, it pairs excellently with desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses with a strong taste, thus enhancing its complex and refined structure. A characterful distillate, capable of telling the richness and identity of its terroir.
