Aglianico Vulture Superiore DOCG - Don Anselmo - Paternoster is born in the heart of the ancient Vulture region, in Basilicata, a volcanic terroir that gives the Aglianico grape a unique and vigorous character. This wine stands out for its aromatic intensity, with scents of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and notes of licorice, typical of Aglianico grown on soils rich in volcanic minerals.

The long aging in oak barrels helps to give structure and complexity, softening the tannins without losing the typical backbone of this grape variety. On the palate, it reveals a balance between power and freshness, with a persistent and enveloping finish. Perfect companion to roasts, red meats, and aged cheeses, Don Anselmo expresses the authenticity of the Vulture territory in every sip. A sensory experience that combines tradition and elegance, typical of the best Lucanian production.
