A sweet dessert wine produced with Albana grapes grown facing west at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level, located on the rolling hills of Romagna. The vinification is carried out with maceration on the skins for 24 hours, followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place in stainless steel for a period of at least 3 months, followed by a short refinement also in the bottle.

It shows a straw yellow color tending to golden. The classic aromas of Albana arrive on the nose, punctuated by floral and fruity nuances. In the mouth, the taste is sweet, harmonious and fruity.
Always paired with dry pastries and tarts, Albana Calonga is the right glass to round off a meal with gusto.
