The first vintage of this wine debuted on the market in April 2020. A still white that derives from organic farming, whose production amounts to 3,500 bottles.
The grape harvest takes place by hand, and begins in the second decade of September. The vinification is done in the absence of skins, through traditional slow pressing in a vertical press; followed by fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The refinement is 5 months in steel on the fine lees and at least 2 months in the bottle.
In the glass it shows a bright golden yellow color. The nose releases a bouquet rich in hints of citrus, white flowers and aromatic herbs: and in particular yellow orange, plum, cedar, floral memories, sage and laurel.
In the mouth it is intense and generous, very rich and characteristic, it is difficult not to recognize the aromatic features of the grape. The finish is very stimulating and all to be savored. Ideal on the table with fish-based dishes and desserts.
