Originating from the picturesque region of Provence, the Alpilles Blanc from Domaine de Trevallon stands out for its elegance and complexity. This white wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes, predominantly Grenache Blanc and Clairette, which thrive on the slopes of the Alpilles, benefiting from an ideal microclimate that imparts distinctive notes and a unique character to the wine.
Visually, it presents a straw yellow color, clear and bright. On the nose, the Alpilles Blanc offers a rich and persistent aromatic bouquet, with hints of white flowers, fresh fruits such as peach, and delicate citrus notes, complemented by a slight mineral touch. On the palate, its freshness is balanced by a soft and harmonious structure, concluding in a persistent and pleasantly savory finish.
Perfect to serve at a temperature of 10-12°C, this wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and soft cheeses, but can also be an excellent companion for a sophisticated aperitif or a special evening. The Alpilles Blanc from Domaine de Trevallon is, without a doubt, a classy choice for lovers of quality white wines.
