The Alsace Gewürztraminer Furstentum Grand Cru from Domaine Meyer-Fonné is a white wine of superb quality that captivates at first glance with its intense golden color and brilliant reflections. Originating from the Alsace region, renowned for its aromatic and full-bodied wines, this Gewürztraminer is made from grapes cultivated in the prestigious Grand Cru Furstentum area, known for its calcareous soil and optimal sun exposure.

On the nose, the wine exudes a complex and enveloping bouquet, dominated by aromas of exotic fruits such as mango and lychee, combined with floral notes of rose and sweet spices like cinnamon and clove. On the palate, it is rich, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, culminating in a long and persistent finish.

This wine is ideal for accompanying aromatic and spicy dishes, from Asian cuisine to foie gras. Its complexity and structure also allow for excellent aging, gaining in nuance and depth over the years.
