Amaro Chiot Montamaro di Bordiga is a refined expression of Piedmontese tradition, where the art of distillation blends with a skillful infusion of medicinal herbs and selected spices. Produced in the picturesque area of Moncalieri, at the gates of Turin, this amaro represents the perfect balance between intensity and delicacy.

Its characteristic amber color heralds a complex bouquet, where balsamic notes, roots, and citrus peels harmoniously intertwine. On the palate, a full, enveloping yet balanced taste is perceived, rich in bitter nuances that give way to a slightly sweet and spicy aftertaste. The aging follows traditional methods, preserving the purity and botanical richness of the raw materials.

Recommended as a digestive, Amaro Chiot Montamaro also gracefully lends itself to a slow tasting, perfectly accompanying moments of relaxation or the elegant conclusion of a meal based on medium-structured dishes and bold flavors, such as aged cheeses or roasts. An authentic journey into the flavors and herbs of the Piedmontese territory.
