Its balanced structure arises from a skillful infusion of aromatic herbs and spices, blending into a unique mix obtained through a traditional extraction method that preserves the organoleptic properties of the ingredients without altering their original identity. The result is a full-bodied drink with a decisive finish, perfect for those seeking an amaro with a marked yet refined character.
Amaro Nazionale Deciso is best enjoyed neat, with ice, or as a base for sophisticated cocktails, pairing perfectly with chocolate desserts or robust-flavored dishes such as spiced meats or aged cheeses, elegantly enhancing their flavors and aromas.

Distillation
For gin: long maceration of botanicals in alcohol and subsequent redistillation (batch still) in the case of some expressions; for grappa: distillation in small bain-marie stills. For amari the prevailing techniques are cold maceration, infusions and percolation.
Ageing
Maturation in oak barrique for some editions (e.g. Rupes Gold); the Hiberna grappas are aged in oak casks (24–36 months depending on the label).
