Amaro Rabarbaro Nardini is an authentic expression of the distillation art typical of Bassano del Grappa, a region rich in tradition and intense flavors. Made with carefully selected rhubarb roots, this amaro stands out for its strong and aromatic character, enhanced by a skillful infusion that highlights herbal and slightly bitter notes. The bouquet opens with intense hints of medicinal herbs, made harmonious by a balance that gives equilibrium and persistence to the palate. The aging in stainless steel tanks preserves the delicacy of the aromas without dulling their vitality.

On the nose, it reveals scents reminiscent of the undergrowth and a pleasant mineral freshness, while on the palate it shows a vibrant yet elegant bitterness, with a slightly spicy aftertaste. Perfect as a digestif, Amaro Rabarbaro Nardini pairs ideally with dark chocolate-based desserts or aged cheeses, offering a warm and stimulating finish.
