Bolla's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG "Le Poiane" is a wine that embodies the elegance and power of Valpolicella, one of the most renowned wine-growing areas in Italy. This Amarone, produced by the historic Bolla winery, is the result of a careful selection of dried grapes, which give the wine an aromatic richness and a complex structure.

Visually, "Le Poiane" presents itself with an intense and deep garnet red color, a prelude to its olfactory and gustatory notes. On the nose, a rich and enveloping bouquet emerges, with aromas of ripe red fruits, plums, notes of sweet spices, chocolate and a touch of tobacco, testifying to its maturation in wood.

In the mouth, this Amarone della Valpolicella Classico reveals great structure and intensity. The tannins are well present but soft, the acidity is balanced, and there is a pleasant sensation of heat. Ripe fruit flavors mix with notes of vanilla, chocolate and spice, culminating in a long, lingering finish.

"Le Poiane" is the ideal pairing for rich and intense dishes, such as braised meats, stews, game and mature cheeses. It is also a perfect wine for special occasions or as a meditation wine, to be enjoyed slowly to appreciate all its nuances.
