The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC produced by the Begali winery is a prestigious red wine that embodies the oenological excellence of the Valpolicella area, in Veneto. This winemaking family, known for its passion and attention to detail in the care of the vineyards and in the production of wines, offers with its Amarone Classico a sublime example of how tradition and dedication can translate into a wine of unique character and complexity.

The wine has an intense garnet red color, tending to purple with aging. On the nose, Begali's Amarone Classico reveals a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit such as cherries, plums and raisins, enriched with nuances of spices, chocolate, tobacco and vanilla, the result of long aging in wooden barrels which helps to enhance its structure and aroma.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates extraordinary intensity and depth, with a velvety tannic texture and a perfect harmony between acidity and alcohol. The aromatic richness translates into a full and enveloping taste, with a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of warmth and complexity.

Begali's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a wine that goes beautifully with rich and tasty dishes, such as braised meats, stews, game and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent meditation wine, to be enjoyed slowly to fully appreciate its richness and complexity.
