Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2010 - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi, produced in the historic Valpolicella Classica area, represents an excellent example of Venetian tradition. Made from native grapes such as Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, this wine stands out for the complexity and depth typical of the drying method, which gives it an extraordinary aromatic concentration.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color, while on the nose it releases enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, cocoa, and light notes of tobacco and vanilla, derived from aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and enveloping, with soft and well-integrated tannins that guarantee a long persistence and an elegant finish.

It pairs perfectly with robust dishes such as roasted meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, making it ideal for those seeking a rich and refined tasting experience.
