Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2015 - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi is born in the heart of the historic classic area of Valpolicella, in Veneto, an authentic expression of the territory and the Corvina grape variety, enriched by Rondinella and Molinara. This Amarone stands out for its complexity obtained through the traditional drying technique, which concentrates the sugars and intensifies the structure of the wine. The long aging in wooden barrels gives the wine elegance and depth, with scents of ripe red fruit, cherry in spirit, spicy notes, and a slight hint of cocoa.

On the palate it is enveloping and soft, with well-rounded tannins and a harmonious balance that lasts over time. It pairs magnificently with substantial meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing every bite. An Amarone that tells the Venetian tradition with nobility and character, capable of delivering intense emotions with every tasting.
