Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Moropio DOC - Antolini represents the noblest essence of the Venetian terroir, the result of dried grapes from the historic heart of the Valpolicella Classica. The typical blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, carefully selected, undergoes a long drying process, which concentrates the sugars and gives the wine complexity. The aging, which takes place in wood for at least two years, gives Moropio a enveloping structure with intense aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, plum, and spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate, a perfect balance emerges between softness, elegant tannins, and fresh acidity that invites another sip. The finish is long and persistent, with a touch of cocoa and licorice. Ideal with red meats, braised dishes, or aged cheeses, this Amarone embodies the tradition and elegance of Valpolicella in every sip.

A refined experience representative of a unique territory in the Italian wine landscape.
