Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2008 - Cà Florian - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi is a tribute to the territory of the Veronese hills. Obtained from indigenous Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this Amarone is born from a traditional drying process that concentrates aromas and body, offering a complex and structured wine. Aging in wooden barrels contributes to a harmonious balance between warm notes of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and light hints of vanilla and cocoa.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, while on the nose it opens with enveloping scents of cherry, plum, and an elegant hint of tobacco. The taste is powerful yet silky, with well-integrated tannins and a long persistence. Perfect paired with robust meats, game, and aged cheeses, it is the authentic expression of a unique terroir, capable of exciting every enthusiast.
