Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG - Pasqua is born in the heart of one of the most renowned wine-producing areas of Veneto, where the climate and the calcareous-clay soil favor the cultivation of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. This wine fully represents the excellence of the Valpolicella territory, thanks to the traditional technique of drying the grapes, which concentrates aromas and sugars, granting complexity and power.

The aging takes place in wooden barrels, typically for 12 months, allowing the wine to express a bouquet rich in notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, plum, with hints of sweet spices, cocoa, and vanilla. On the palate, it is warm, enveloping, and persistent, with soft and well-integrated tannins. Perfect with red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, this Amarone tells the passion and tradition of Pasqua, offering an intense and refined sensory experience.
