Ape Regina Bianco DOC Bastianich is born in the hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a territory known for its extraordinary wine-growing vocation. This white is a skillfully balanced blend, expressing the fresh minerality and aromatic complexity typical of the native grape varieties of the area. The winemaking method aims to preserve varietal purity, with fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to maintain liveliness and fragrances.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, while on the nose it reveals notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and light floral nuances. The sip is elegant, fresh, and soft, with a good balance between acidity and structure, pleasantly accompanying the palate without weighing it down. Perfect paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and vegetable-based appetizers, the Ape Regina embodies the essence of the Friulian territory, offering a refined and contemporary sensory experience.
