Armagnac La Licorne 1975 represents an excellence of the Gers terroir, one of the historic hearts of distillation in France. This fragment of time enclosed in a bottle tells of a long maturation that enhances the unique character of the Ugni Blanc grape variety, traditionally used in the production of this outstanding spirit.

In the glass, it releases intense amber reflections, while on the nose it opens with aromas of ripe fruit, notes of vanilla, sweet spices, and hints of precious wood, a result of patient aging in oak barrels. The sip is enveloping and complex, with an elegant structure and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, leaving a persistent and warm aftertaste.

Perfect to sip at the end of a meal, it pairs splendidly with desserts featuring dark chocolate or aged cheeses, accompanying moments of refined contemplation and conviviality.
