L’Armagnac Trois Etoiles, produced by the Bordeneuve distillery, represents an excellence of the Gers territory, in the heart of the historic Bas-Armagnac region. Made exclusively with high-quality distillates from traditional grape varieties such as Ugni Blanc, Baco, or Folle Blanche, this Armagnac reveals a complex and enveloping sensory texture.

The discontinuous distillation method in traditional copper stills gives the grappa a rich and full-bodied character, while aging in Limousine and Tronçais oak barrels imparts delicate notes of vanilla, sweet spices, and an elegant hint of toasted dried fruit. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced smoothness, with a persistent and harmonious finish that opens up to nuances of honey and sweet tobacco.

A perfect companion for meditation, Armagnac Trois Etoiles pairs wonderfully with desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses with a strong aromatic profile, creating an authentic and refined sensory experience.
