The Demi Sec stands out for its prolonged aging on the lees, which imparts complexity and aromatic finesse. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of ripe fruit, honey, and brioche, accompanied by hints of candied citrus and sweet spices. On the palate, the fresh and creamy bubbles support a enveloping and harmonious structure, ideal for those who love a sweeter and more refined sparkling wine.

Perfect to accompany fruit-based desserts or tarts, it is also suitable for celebratory moments where sweetness takes center stage.

An expression of luxury and savoir-faire, Armand de Brignac Demi Sec tells the nobility of Champagne with character and grace.
