In the heart of Langhe, a region renowned for exceptional winemaking in Piedmont, the Ceretto winery offers us Blangè, an Arneis Langhe DOC BIO that embodies the pure expression of the territory. Blangè is an organic white wine that reveals the essence of the Arneis variety, notoriously difficult to cultivate but magnificently interpreted by the skilled hands of Ceretto.

Vinification begins with the manual harvest of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing. The Arneis Langhe DOC BIO Blangè ferments and matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity characteristics of the grape, typical of this variety. The result is a straw-yellow colored wine with bright and lively reflections.

On the nose, Blangè opens with intense and seductive aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and peach, accompanied by hints of white flowers and a subtle note of fresh almond. The taste is elegant and well-balanced, featuring a vibrant acidity that harmonizes perfectly with a medium-light body and a delightful minerality. These characteristics make the wine not only an excellent aperitif but also a versatile companion to light dishes based on fish, salads, and fresh cheeses.

Producing an organic wine is not just a choice of quality, but also a commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment that Ceretto has passionately embraced, ensuring a product that expresses the purity of its terroir without the use of synthetic chemicals.

With its fresh, aromatic, and clean profile, Ceretto's Arneis Langhe DOC BIO Blangè represents an excellent choice for lovers of high-quality white wines who seek an authentically Piedmontese experience in every sip.
